What type of degree will I receive if I attend DAGU, a religious school authorized by the
Florida Department of Education?

If you attend Dorcas Apostolic Global University (DAGU), a religious institution authorized by the Florida Department of Education, through sponsorship of our parent school, Kingdom University International (KUI), you will receive a religious degree in your chosen field of study. These degrees are typically categorized as ecclesiastical degrees, meaning they are intended for ministry, theology, biblical studies, Christian counseling, or other faith-based disciplines.

While these degrees are recognized within religious and ministry contexts, it's important to note that they may not be equivalent to secular degrees from regionally or nationally accredited institutions, especially for fields outside of ministry or religious education. However, they are legally valid under Florida law for religious and ministerial purposes.

Always check with prospective employers, licensing boards, or other academic institutions if you plan to transfer credits or pursue further education outside of a religious context.
